Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery is free in Spain on orders of €150 or more. Below that amount it costs €11.95 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and €20 to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We also deliver throughout Europe and to the United Kingdom for €20. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and countries outside the European Union, the order is issued without Spanish VAT and import duties and taxes are not included: they are paid by the recipient on delivery.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Monóvar you will receive an email with the tracking number. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times; there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Approximate transit times:

  • Spain (mainland)24–48 hours (working days)
  • Spain (Balearic Islands)48–72 hours (working days)
  • Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)3–5 working days; customs formalities may apply
  • Portugal24–72 hours (working days)
  • France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom and Belgium2–4 working days
  • Rest of Europe3–5 working days

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day are prepared and dispatched the same day.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer.

If the product arrives damaged or does not work, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and the return will be free of charge. Write to us using the contact form quoting your order number and we will send you the instructions. The full conditions are set out in the terms and conditions.
