This resistance bands kit brings together, in one bag, everything you need to train your strength without leaving home. The eight 100% latex bands offer a combined 300 lbs (136 kg) of resistance and can be used as elastic pulleys or, with the ankle straps, to work the lower body. They suit users of any level and ability.

Each resistance level is marked by its own colour, so you can pick the right tension at a glance: black (50 lbs / 22.5 kg), blue (40 lbs / 18 kg), red (30 lbs / 13.5 kg), green (20 lbs / 9 kg) and yellow (10 lbs / 4.5 kg). The set is completed with 2 handles, 2 ankle straps, a door anchor and an exercise video.
