Description

This resistance bands set lets you work on strength with five different resistance levels. Each band is identified by its colour, from the yellow 4.5 kg (10 lbs) band to the black 22.5 kg (50 lbs) band, and they can be combined to reach 150 lbs, the equivalent of 68 kg, so you can adjust the load to each exercise.

The set is made up of 12 pieces: five bands, two handles, two ankle straps, a door anchor, a carry bag and an exercise video. With the handles and the door anchor, the bands can be used like elastic gym cable pulleys, and with the ankle straps they attach to the ankle to widen the range of exercises.

The bands are made of 100% latex, do not lose their shape over time and are easy to clean. Their ergonomic design adapts to the body during movement, and the lightweight, compact format lets you carry them in the bag to yoga, Pilates, CrossFit or TRX classes, or train in your own home gym.
